• A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the room type or seasonal policy.

• Accepted payment methods include credit card, bank transfer, and selected e-wallets.

• Prices are stated in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah) and include applicable government taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-in time: 2:00 PM

• Check-out time: 12:00 PM

• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations must be made in writing via email or WhatsApp.

• Free cancellation is available up to 7 days before arrival (unless stated otherwise in your booking).

• Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival may be charged 50–100% of the booking amount.

• No-shows will be charged in full.

5. House Rules

• Smoking is not allowed inside rooms or indoor common areas.

• Pets are not allowed unless approved in advance.

• Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

• Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay.

6. Wellness and Activity Services

• Participation in SUP yoga, tours, and other activities is voluntary and at your own risk.

• Guests are required to inform staff of any health conditions or limitations.

• Kura Kura Beach Bali is not liable for injury, loss, or damages that may occur during activities.

7. Liability Disclaimer

• We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, but we do not guarantee that all content on our site is free from errors.

• We are not responsible for any loss, delay, or damage caused by third-party services (e.g., transport providers, guides).

• Guests are advised to secure travel insurance for personal coverage.
